Trick or Treat Halloween Banner

Banner made for Alpha Stamps...


Layering the Halloween Pennant Pad  over chipboard pennants, and Rosettes on top, 




with the new, cute Trick or Treat Collection!  After the pennants were complete, I tied Black Seam Binding in-between each pennant and then hung Halloween Fibers from each end.

    Bella, your mantle display is beautiful - and the pennant banner sets it off perfectly. Love all the things you've done to it - and I am especially enamored of all the trims at the ends - so luxe! Lovely work and decoration!
