I Can Resist Everything Except Temptation. . .

Driving home tonight, I saw a sign in front of a church that said "Repent and Resist Temptation"

To which I thought of my very good friend Mr. Oscar Wilde and what his response would have been:

"The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it. Resist it, and your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself."
